If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help!

Should you receive a damaged item or an item you're not satisfied with, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue.
Shipping cost will be reimburse to you after product has reached us and postage receipt sent to us. We can not cover shipping costs for change of mind or exchanges.
For damaged items, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and add the attachment along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number to our direct messages or to ironbeeco@gmail.com. Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Cancellations are possible if made within 3 hours of the
placed order, meaning that the item hasn't been
shipped yet.
